REQUEST FOR BIDS/RFP
The Avoyelles Parish School Board (APSB) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of technology equipment, peripherals, networking equipment, and related services for the 2026–2027 school year. Vendors must provide pricing through an active Louisiana State Contract or approved cooperative purchasing agreement.
APSB is seeking quotes for a variety of technology products and services, including but not limited to:
- Cabling and CAT-6 infrastructure
- Charging carts
- Chromebooks and Chromeboxes
- Desktop computers and laptops
- Interactive flat panels
- Printers, scanners, and projectors
- Headphones, webcams, microphones, keyboards, and accessories
- Network equipment including Aruba access points and switches
All equipment must be new, current-generation products and include applicable warranties, licensing, accessories, and installation where specified.
Proposal Information
- Proposal Due Date: July 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST
- Anticipated Board Approval: July 28, 2026
- Contract Period Begins: August 1, 2026

Project Overview
