Avoyelles Parish School Board is accepting sealed bids for drive and parking lot improvements at Avoyelles High School in Moreauville.

The project includes cleaning and inspecting the storm drainage system, repairing storm drainpipes, installing new drainage structures and piping, removing existing pavement, asphalt and concrete paving, sidewalk repairs, and installing pavement markings.
Bid Opening: Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Avoyelles Parish School Board is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for Mitigation and Remediation Services for APSB Facilities.
Proposals will be accepted at the Maintenance Department of the Avoyelles Parish School Board Warehouse Building, 539 West Bontempt Street, Marksville. LA 71351 or electronically online at www.centralbidding.com until I l:00 a.m., Thursday, September 17, 2026. Proposals received after the
stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly printed on the outside with:
1. the Vendor's Name
2. the RFP Name - RFP 2026: Mitigation and Remediation Services for APSB Facilities
A digital copy in PDF format of the proposal must accompany the hard copy.
Avoyelles Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to make an award in the best interest of the board, consistent with applicable laws, which is deemed to be in the best interests of Avoyelles Parish School Board. APSB reserves the right to request and refuse all services in the best interest of APSB.
All submissions become property of Avoyelles Parish School Board and will not be returned.
AII costs associated with the submission preparation will be borne by the submitting proposer.
